I was told milk replacer was like a prenatal vitamin for pregnant cats. Is this true? Do I put it in her dry food?

Actually she will need it more when the kittens come but feeding it now won't hurt. You can mix it with her dry food, but make sure it's kitten dry food and offer her some wet food as well as the kittens will take nutrition out of her. Best of luck do you have pictures of the mom to be?

Yes, you can.  Another alternative is goats milk.

You can mix it with her dry food - but observe, dry food once becoming wet  isnt holding fresh more than max a couple of hours.  It become sensitive to decay even quicker than wet food.

So, if you think she will drink that kmr or goats milk by itself as it is - its the best.    And the dry food let it remain dry if possible.  This way she has always access to dry food.
