I just noticed my girl has a tiny white bubble sorta looks like a white head next to her nipple. This has been there for afew weeks now. I tried to gently squeeze it but it didn't pop and I don't want to squeeze harder. She is less than 2 years old, any ideas?

That's a new one on me.  Can you send this photo to your Vet and see what they have to say?   In lieu of actually taking her in, that's what I'd do.

Yes I did sent a text to the vet with the picture and they replied back that it looked like another mammary gland and that it wasn't of any concern. I will have them look again in a month when I have to take her back for a re check for her enlarged lymph nodes in her groin from severe allergies.

Interesting.  Also the enlarged lymph nodes from allergies.  What type of allergies, and are they improving?  Just curious, really

If you look at my other posts I went over the issue in detail. We suspect seasonal allergies but not sure there was a lot going on with her that could have caused the allergic response.
