new person!

hey I joined mostly so I would have a place to go to ask cat things if I need too

i have two cats although one is technically kinda my brothers because he really wants a cat but doesn't have the freedom of his own place like I do

my first cat mr. mew or mewington is a short haired black cat
we used to raw feed him with a balanced diet which usually had pork, duck, chicken, eggs(whole), beef, moose, and lamb(including organ meats and bones of course) and maybe a couple more but i cant remember right now but we dont have the money to keep feeding him like that right now lol so we moved on to preformatrin because it was a kibble mew actually liked that wasn't a brand with terrible reviews lol and wet food too but yeah mews picky cause he knows he got spoiled when we were at different jobs 
(if  my brother ever moves out of our dads place hes going to take hircine with him but hircine loves him so it'll be good but it will mean ill be back to one kitty   )

but yeah sorry this was so long D: I rambled

I love that name, Mewington. LOL  I don't fed my cats raw, but I think you will find all the answers you will need in the Nutrition section.  Raw, alternatives etc.  

Mewington is a very handsome kitty.  He was lucky he had you to save him from a house overloaded with kitties. 

I've been posting on The Cat Site for only a few months and I can assure you this is a very friendly community full of answers and lots of support.

for raw alternatives i am a little limited by what we can even get mew to eat he was pretty underweight when we got him and we found out it was because he's willing to die in order not to eat certain kibble as well as our location since its hard to find some things in canada at least in my area
