Purina Naturals Potential Problem

I just opened a new bag of this yesterday and quickly realized something was wrong when all 3 of our cats smelled it and left it without eating any.

This has never happened before. They also gladly ate other food, just not this brand even though they've always loved it.


I contacted Purina about recalls/contamination.

We also recently went to the vet for checkups (including blood tests) and have strictly indoor cats so the chance of the food being bad (at least this 1 bag) is high.

I don't know if anyone else is having problems with this brand, but, I want to warn others just in case.

Thank you I use Purina Natural...indoor formula...we just opened a new bag also...but my babies are eating it like its the best stuff ever!!!

I just want to add that the best by date is November 2017 and it says original on the bag and has chicken and salmon. There is another type of this food. I believe it says indoor and has chicken and turkey.
