I know that theres already a post showing me this, but this is my first cat that I've had to deal with this situation. So I'd like to ask for opinions.

Backstory: My cat got out a couple of weeks ago, for about an hour or so. And, the next day she went into heat. Heat ran its course, (its been almost a month so I know its over) but now I'm seeing some behavioral changes.

List of changes:

1) Sometimes hisses at batting at our kitten (who she loves)

2) More vocal

3) New desire to go under things and lay there

4) started bringing my presents from around the house

5) More Affectionate

Here are photos of her breasts, I honestly can't tell if they're pinking up.

One is with, and without flash, it was dark.

I'm going to add a poll, but answers in the feed are appreciated.

What do you mean by "already a post showing you this"?

Do you have another account?

no! but theres a link on this page to like "How to tell if your cats pregnant" so I wasn't sure if asking this was against the rules. I just wanted to be sure.

It's okay. I think your cat is very likely pregnant. Nipples pink up around Day 21. Tummies begin to "show" around 5 weeks. You'll know more in a couple of weeks! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

If you do not want kittens you can spay her now and it will take care of everything.

well thats the problem, my parents want to get her fix. but I don't think they will if she's pregnant. So, if we took her to the vet this week, and i asked for a sonogram, would it be detectable to the vet?

You might want to ask the vet that. I'm not sure how far along she needs to be for the pregnancy to show on an ultrasound.

Are you a minor?

yeah I'm 17 :\ my parents have a habit of procrastinating so she and her possible babies should be safe for now.

Once they are halfway through a 65-68 day pregnancy, it's not a good idea to spay.

My parents wouldn't get her spayed if she was pregnant, if she was they'd let her have the kittens.

like i said she also doesn't really want to eat the wet food we give her in the morning and at night. It used to be her favorite and she'd eat it all up. now she barely eats half of the already small amount we give her. But, she's always around the dry food and looking for treats. and I always find her sleeping, or bringing me toys! Not to mention the more  willing she is to sleep beside me during the day, she's usually a little more distant. (still affectionate though)

She shouldn't really have much, if any, discharge until the very end of the pregnancy. She should also be eating, and a lot. I think you should take your cat in for a check up.

Which brand of wet cat food are you feeding? Is she eating kitten chow?
