My kitten is sick

I got my kitten a couple of days ago. We took her to the vet for an upper respiratory infection and they gave us antibiotics. Her upper respiratory infection has gotten worse and she now has a cough. What do I do?

First thing you should do is call the vet.   She needs another visit.  That doesn't sound good.  Kittens are fragile.

I agree about calling the vet because you may need a different antbiotic. Sometimes it can take more than one round of antibiotics. Make sure you let the vet know about the cough and the symptoms getting worse.

Is your kitten still eating?

For tonight you can try doing a steam treatment. Run your shower as hot as possible and steam up the bathroom. Take the kitten in the bathroom with you for about 15-20 minutes. This may help loosen up the congestion a little bit and make your kitten a little more comfortable.

Yes she is eating a ton.

How is the little one doing today? Does she still have the cough?  Hope all is well.

If not doing better please get the little kitten back to the vet.  hen that young they are very fragile and an illness can overtake them quickly.
