Kitten lethargic

I've previously posted about introducing my two cats, and they're both getting on really well, so thank you to everyone.

My kitten, Momo, had her last vaccine yesterday and was fine at night. This morning she's been lethargic, she hasn't eaten very much (normally a complete scavenger), and she's been lying in bed all morning. Could this be a reaction to the vaccine? I'm taking her to the vet just in case.

It's probably just a reaction to the vaccine. Which vaccine was it? Some cats get super tired for day after getting vaccinations but they bounce back quickly. Vaccines can be taxing on the immune system response and that results in lethargy. I don't think a trip to the vet is needed. You can just call and talk to the vet.
