CATMD Flea & Tick solution - loss of fur at site.

I have an outside cat and have applied two doses of CATMD Maximum Defense with 9.7% of Fipronil.  AT the application site,  between the shoulder blades, she/he has lost a little fur.  Is this normal?

I found the package online. It looks like some irritation is common. Fur loss may  be a side effect of that irritation. I wouldn't worry too much about the fur loss unless it gets worse or the application site is clearly irritated and bothersome to the cat. is this an OTC flea and tick product? Those typically don't work well.

Generally some cats do have allergic reactions to topical flea and tick medicines. My Aby used to get bald spots when he was on Revolution. He's on a different product now and has no more bald spots.
