I like the bittersweet comedy.  It isn't something that is done very much anymore, I guess it has fell out of favor.  One of the best of this genre was Good Morning Vietnam  Of course Robin Williams was a master of all types of comedy but I thought he did the bittersweet or the comedy with a message very well.

Comedy for sure. I don't watch too many movies now because I find there's not much that interests me anymore. I used to watch a lot more.

Rick probably watches more in the way of movies than I do. When I do, it's usually something in the way of science fiction.

I think the movies I like would be comedy/drama, but the thing is I really only care for the ones from the 30's to the 50's.  Also the Alfred Hitchcock movies.  If they are black and white, I love them more!

I also really enjoy crime and true-crime dramas like you would see on Lifetime Television.

I like silent movies, I guess a lot would be dramas, or comedy dramas.

Comedy, some romantic comedy, a few drama, although the dramas I like, I really like, and Disney and Pixar animated feature-length cartoons,

That makes me think of why I love the TV show M*A*S*H so much, especially the later seasons.

Disaster flicks, especially natural disasters. Not so much into the zombie apocalypse types of movies, but the natural disasters, or even anything remotely plausible, yes. The 90s were a great time for disaster flicks. They really need to have more of them.

I guess the one exception is Independence Day. Although, aliens are plausible I suppose. I absolutely love that movie though and can't wait to see the sequel at the theater.
