Can my kitten catch mites and worms from neighbour's cats?

Our 8 week old rescue had ear mites and worms. She only weighted 640 grams, about 1.4 lbs. The vet prescribed Panacur Suspension once a day for 5 days for worms and Canaural ear drops for the mites. MY concern is that there are 2 cats downstairs that have never seen a vet.one sneaks up here and uses her litter box. Is she liable to get mites and worms again from them? The one that sneaks up is an 8 month old unaltered male

I don't know much about mites and worms--I'm bumping this up so that hopefully someone will see it who can give you some information.

I think if she has access to another cat with mites and worms she has a risk of getting them.

Will you be getting her spayed soon? I assume your downstairs neighbor doesn't plan to neuter their cat.
