pregnant?

Hi my cat Little Bear and my cat Tarzan were caught umm...... you know well Tarzan is neutered and my cat little bear is getting a little fat she has had kittens before with here brother there were three and they all dies because little bear is a runt she cant take care of kittens well those kittens came from her and her brother now i dont know why she is getting fat with tarzan he is neutered do you have an explanation 

She may have an infection. How long ago was Tarzan neutered? Can you get her to the vet?

If Tarzan was neutered within a few weeks of mating with her, he may have still had viable sperm. Otherwise, has your cat been outside at all?

Can you get your cat spayed soon? It would be the kindest thing to do, rather than allow a litter to be born and die again, since you say your cat did not take care of her previous kittens.
