What an adorable little girl.  I am so sorry that she has passed on - it always seems so unfair when they are still so young.  At least she knew she was loved in her short life.  Perhaps she will visit you in your dreams and give you some more time together.

RIP Beautiful little Willow.

What a perfect name for such a perfect angel. My heart cries for what you are going through, to lose one so young is even more sad, she had so much to give to this world and so little time to do it. She did leave a mark in this world though, and definitely on your heart. She will be missed so very much and will never be forgotten Thanks for letting us know of this sweet little girl, now she will be mourned by many as she so rightly deserves. The hole in that heart will take a long time to heal, try to celebrate the time you had her in your life, she would not want you to be so sad when you remember the time you spent together.  I hope the memories of happier times will bring you comfort, I'll keep you both in my thoughts and prayers, Take care........RIP sweet Willow, may you play your kitten games with the other little angels forevermore at the Rainbow Bridge. Bring to the one that loves you so much a sign that you are now at peace. You will live on in the loving heart that holds you so dear back here on earth, but rest for now little one, you were so loved!

I don't know what else to say other than thank you. She would of been 3 months the 29th. I've lost kittens before but it was nothing like this.

While I am grieving her loss I know she's okay. I opened my room door and saw her curled up in my mom's recliner one of her favorite places to nap. She looked up at me and there was a golden glow around her. I heard her purr and she was gone. I also had a dream I was somewhere I'm not sure where it was. I just remember playing with her and the other four kittens I lost around this time last year.

Yes Margd, I vist her every night in my dreams and she's her playful sassy self. She wants lots of love and play sessions and of course her favorite food. She also naps in my lap like she always did and purrs in he sleep as I pet her. I miss her in my waking world though and I always will.

Just thought I would post here. Willow is buried out at the pet cemetery at my church. I can visit her grave any time I'm there. I know that was the right spot because I felt it. I still think of her often and made a memory necklace for her. Only a photo of her is missing from it. It's been almost two weeks and the pain is better. I can think of her without crying much more now as I remeber all the things she used to do to make me laugh. Those are the memories I hold on to.

I'm glad that your memories are bringing you some comfort.  Making a memory necklace sounds like a lovely thing to do.  It's so nice you have a pet cemetery at your church.  I've never heard of that before - it's a really nice idea.

Thank you, me too. My church isn't usual by any sense but it's full of amazing people. The leader there lost his pet and that's what started "animal hill" though I prefer "pet hill". It's a place for the memeber to bury their pets when they can't afford cremation and they don't have a place to bury them.

Well, it's a lovely idea and it was very thoughtful and kind for your church leader to set it up.  I've honestly never heard of any other place of worship doing anything like this and yet pets are members of the family to so many of us.

I'm doing okay, Tomorrow will be two weeks since her death and it's getting a little easier with each passing day but just like losing a human family member it never really goes away.

It is hard at just two weeks time.  I am glad you can remember the times sweet Willow made you laugh, but I know it is still hard.  Thank you for letting us know how you are doing and please continue to do so.  It sounds like Willow brought a lot of love to you in your short time together.  Keeping you in my thoughts, Marianne.

Yes it is, but I'm better than I was in the first week. I just take it one day at a time. Some days are a little easier than others. Staying busy is helping as I don't think quite so much. She did, she got my through a rough time and was my constant companion since she was old enough to be away from her mother. She would of been 3 months in three days.

I'm very sorry for your loss. It's especially tragic when such little ones leave us - one has to question why they were allotted so little time. RIP, little Willow. :rbheart:

@CrystalDawn87  , I just want to let you know you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.   I am glad you and Willow had treasured times together, although for a very short while.   May Willow keep by you in spirit always.  Sending you a hug.
