2x 3 month old kittens (sisters) one has soft stool other is fine??

I have two kittens who are sisters. We have been feeding them both a mix of wet and dry whiskers. One of them (Belle) has been having soft stool which is very smelly! KitKat (her sister) was also a bit smelly but the poo looked normal. We have stopped feeding them wet food for nearly a week but Belle's poo remains the same? Got them both booked in at the vets next Tuesday (14th June) for the second part of their vaccinations.

Any recommendations?

Hve they been dewormed?  It could be from that, or it could be the food.  How long have you had them...since they were wee kittens?  Did you recently put them on that diet (before you took them off the wet food?) 

I wouldn't stop wet food, but I might think about a different wet food.  How about Fancy Feast Kitten Food vs Whiska?  And you might try adding in about 1/2 capsule probiotic split into 2 meals to see if that helps.  (human probiotic is fine)   Of course, if it's a bug nothing is going to help other than a medication from your Vet.  If it's still happening prior to your visit you might want to take in a fecal sample.
