Possible Tick on Cat? D:

Hi! My kitty Shiphra had her yearly check just last month. But today, while petting, noticed this just behind her shoulder. I can't tell if it is a growth or tick. Possible cat pimple? But I didn't want to pop it in case it is a bug or something and ended up getting infected... am I worried about nothing or should I make another vet appointment?? She has an 8 month seresto flea and tick collar on.

It almost looks like a cyst or growth of some kind. But I am not sure. Any way you can get a closer picture?

Artie has the exact same thing on his neck. At first I thought it was a tick. I could not get it off. Then I thought it was a mass. 

I took him to the Vet. Turns out it is something as simple as a skin tag..

That was 4 years ago. He still has it; no problems at all...

Yes! Im sorry for not reaponding sooner, and thank you for your input! I couldn't get any closer photos. But I brought her to my vets' today to have him take a quick look and a skin tag is what he said it was he also found one huge whitehead(pimple) on her belly, ouch!
