Where my cats are
My last purchase was the girls prescription meds that I order online.  I was looking at ordering some new collars (I want to try Beastie Bands) but I haven't yet.

It's funny that you mention scotch.  One night some years back, my GF and I were laying on the bed watching TV.  I had a scotch on the rocks in my hand.  Mr Bosco jumped on to the bed and began slinking his way toward the glass.  As I started to move the glass away, my GF said "He's not going to drink that!"  So I left it sitting on the bed.  When I looked back down, there was Bosco lapping up my yummy scotch.  It was pretty funny.  I don't think he drank much before I pulled the glass away.  I'd never seen a cat interested in liquor.  And to the best of my knowledge, he never repeated the behavior.
My first cat loved wine and tea.  I was 2 when we adopted her; so I don't have clear memories of it. But Mom said if she set her wine glass down she would come back to find Tinsel dipping her paw in it and licking it off.  She would do this with Mom's tea too.  At least it had milk in it.  I have no idea why she was attracted to the wine!

My last purchase was food.  My last non routine purchase was a Lotus cat tree which I bought almost a year ago.
nice!
and, good point, about a routine purchase vs non routine!

oh, those lotus cat trees are just gorgeous!

Da dratted Bird.  Da Cat is obsessed, and I am swinging Da dratted Stick about five hours a day, and listening to beseeching, pitiful mews the other 19 hours of the day.  I may, as I stated in the Babble thread, throw Da Bird in Da Trash.
i never bought da bird for my cats. what i did buy was a neko flies wand toy for them, with a variety of 'lures'. i bought that years ago, for mickey
and snick
. they had a very similar reaction to the neko flies wand toy as your Hekitty is having to da bird!  so i keep it stored away in the bin containing cat toys, and bring it out every now and then. the girls, now almost 10 months old, haven't seen the neko flies yet. they're plenty 'wound up' and 'kitten crazy' as it is already.

Ordered 2 catnip toys from amazon uk. They'll go to my sister and she'll bring them in a couple of weeks.

Temptations cat treats and litter!

Morgana also wanted Scotch and Sapphire necklaces but what can you do?
ahhh...temptations cat treats!

your Morgana sounds like she has good/expensive tastes!
there's no doubt that she'd look absolutely gorgeous wearing a sapphire necklace though!

I usually buy a few cans of catfood every other day to keep in stock, and I just purchased a National Geographic cat toy from Petsmart, it is a rubber lizard and also a bag of organic catnip.  No matter what toy I buy, Speedy's favorites are always the bottle caps from milk or soda liters!
