Hi from us!

We just moved to a new state and adopted three cats from our local shelter. Our family just loves them! I am much more of a reader than a poster, but like to introduce myself. Each one of our cats picked us in a different way. Lucy literally jumped into one of the kids' arms. Was going to adopt her and her brother but when we walked in, he was going out adopted! I fell in love with Harriet from her pictures and indeed, she is attached to me while Lucy hangs out more with the kids. When we came in to the shelter, Harriet looked up directly at us like plllleaseee get me outta here! Fred my little ginger boy was a surprise. We went in to look at a bonded pair but he wrapped himself around my leg and just would not go away. I knew in about 2 seconds he was meant for us and was coming home instead. He divides his time pretty equally between my husband, the kids, and me. [emoji]128522[/emoji][emoji]128008[/emoji][emoji]128008[/emoji][emoji]128008[/emoji]

Thanks for the welcome and tutorial links! I uploaded them the right way but for some reason they just aren't showing up. I have had issues  on another forum with a similar coding as this one and my mobile (the pics are stored on the phone). Will keep trying.

And although I had cats and dogs as a kid, and while we were overseas for three years and owned goats, chickens and cockatiels...this is our first time owning cats as a family. My previous time was my childhood cat Little Girl and my brother's White Feet. It feels good to have some furry babies back in the house.
