Can someone please help? Is she going blind? Any underlying illness? I've only had her for three weeks. Found her on the road with her eyes shut.

Aw, poor little sprite.  It was wonderful for you to rescue her and bring her home.  Have you taken her to the vet yet?  Since she's had problems with her eyes since you got her, she really needs to go.  Yes, it is quite possible she's going blind if she had an infection - you really need to get her to the vet right away.  If it does turn out that she's blind, don't worry. Blind cats actually do very well.  Several of our members have blind cats and they manage just fine.

She's really a little beauty.  What is her name?  She looks very young - do you have a sense of how old she is?

Please let us know what the vet says.

Thank you so much! And she's very playful and is not lethargic, she comes to us when we call her and plays with the other cat so maybe she's not blind but is becoming blind? I will get her to the vet ASAP, I messaged a vet earlier and he suggested I take her in. Thank you, I will keep you updated! She was probably I'd say 2 months when I got her, she had teeth but she couldn't eat on her own until 2 weeks ago.
