Hecate stealing my white sage?

So I had to rearrange some things and decided to put my bundle of unburnt white sage on my entertainment center. But Hecate keeps trying to steal and, I assume from the damp baggie, eat it. Anyone ever had this happen? Should I be worried? She hasn't gotten into it... Yet. I keep taking it away from her.

After finding the bundle of sage on the floor again this morning, (still in the baggie, still in one piece) I've put it up on top of the fridge. Better safe than sorry.

A quick google says that eating a bit of the sage shouldn't be a problem but eating more than a bit might be.  I think being careful is best here.
