My 1 year old boy Sky has the third eyelid and a red bulge sticking out of his anus. He's had it for over a week and I can't afford a $100 diagnosis right now any ideas on what it might be?

How long has your kitty been sick? How is his appetite and energy level?

Poor baby... It's always hard to see them like this.

It really sounds like he needs to see a vet. Can you look into care credit? Or low cost clinics? It sounds like he has an infection, and seriously needs treatment. I don't think this will resolve on its own.

If he has a red bulge it could be an impacted anal gland...which is an infection. ..he will need antibiotics. ..try and see if you can find a low cost clinic or sliding scale clinic

His appetite and energy levels are the same. He's still very playful and energetic with my 3 month old. :) He did have diarrhea this week but it stopped. His poos are still on the wet/mooshy side though.

Unfortunately he does still have symptoms of an infection, though.  With how excellent cats are at hiding pain, he does need to see a vet.  The third eyelids come out in cases of infection.
