Hi! So one of my cats, Tucker, fractured the growth plate between his femur and tibia last week. (I tripped on him :( ) He had surgery and got two pins put in. His last dose of pain meds/anti inflammatory was Monday evening. Since then I have noticed a "lump" of sorts under the sutures. It feels much like a hard boiled egg, squishy yet firm. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be? Seroma, swelling? He has had no redness/discharge/any sign of infection in the sutures.
*I will be calling the vet tomorrow morning to ask them about it as well, I just thought I would ask on here to see if any one else may have had a similar experience or know about it.

I'm really sorry you didn't get a reply to your post.  By now I know you've called the vet - did you ever figure out what the lump was?  I hope it was nothing serious and that Tucker is healing well.
