I have a really tiny Russian blue kitten, she only weighs about a pound and a half, and I'm currently feeding her purina kitten chow, I'm not sure exactly how much food to give her per day, as I only got her recently.
Given her weight, she's probably only around 6 weeks old. That's very young. You should allow her to eat as much of the dry kitten chow as she wants. Keep a plate available at all times. Supplement with canned kitten food every 4-6 hours if you possibly can. She needs a lot of calories/ nutrition to grow on right now. If she's ravenously hungry, that's a good thing. :-)
Check the back of the package, typically there is feeding instructions. But, as suzanneF said, just leave the food out and let her have as much as she'd like. Once you observe how much she is eating and she grows a little, you can setup a schedule and control the portions.
Kittens need a lot of food for growth so just feed your kitten as much as she wants to eat
Canned food is a lot easier for kitten mouths to eat than dry food but offer both for now.Several small meals of canned food with maybe a measured 1 cup of dry food may be enough daily but feed more or less depending on your kitten.
Purina Kitten Chow is not the best to feed, way too many junk quality indigestible filler ingredients IMO. There are much better brands you can feed if you can get to a pet store or buy online. Supermarkets and big box stores like Wal Mart don't have the best selection.
