please help

Hello All, my cat have 4 kittens on 1/18/16. About a month ago one of then started shaking all the time. She eats,drinks, plays like a normal cat. Now in the last couple of weeks here brother is starting to shake. They only stay inside and I have never seen this before. I talked to the vet and he said it could be neurological and wants to do expensive blood work I can't afford. What do I do??

Unfortunately it may be that the bloodwork is needed, I'm sorry to say.  You need to know what you're dealing with.
