FeLv Real PCR Test

My Mama Kitty and 1 baby tested faint positive in A SNAP test ...I tested the mama  again  at my vet a few days later with a FeLV  Real PCR Test  And the results came back, NEG. For FeLV so is this the true reading for the disease?
