Would you say I need to keep waking up every couple of hours to check them or will they be ok if I just sleep like normal
Nay, dont overdo it, unless there is clearly a need.

Be sure they gain every day - easiest by weighting them.  At the same time you have possibility to a quick look see.  If everything is OK so its ok.

If they die so quickly without apparent reason you wouldnt help much even if you were hovering over them.

What do you mean by weird noises? If it's clicking, it may have pneumonia and need antibiotics immediately.

I am worried that these kittens are not feeding from mom, or not getting enough milk. Can you find a scale and start weighing them?

Do you have a needleless syringe? You feed a warm kitten, warm milk, one drop at a time into its cheek. Feed tummy down and head slightly up. One drop, let swallow, and repeat.

If it is having trouble breathing, then it's pneumonia. That would need antibiotics.

Can you post photos? It will not want to take the syringe, but you go slowly and calmly. One drop at a time. You can wrap the kitten in a towel while you feed.

Wrap the kitten in a towel and hold it tummy down, head up, like it feeds from mom, and put a drop at a time in the side of the mouth with the syringe. Let it swallow and breathe, and give it another drop.

It's possible these kittens were born with an internal issue that you cannot help. Try a drop of corn syrup and see if it perks up enough to eat?

Can you take the kitten to the vet asap? It sounds like it's very sick and needs medical attention. I think it has pneumonia.

Try to comfort the kitten. How is it doing now? Are the others okay?

Is there no other vet available? Where are you located?
