Just posting to say "Hello".
I'm new to the site, but I've had cats all my life, and have taken in many rescues over the years, as well as reared many kittens. My current brats include two six week old torbie "fosters"(they're staying), and a one-and-a-half year old DLH I picked up from someone on FB that was desperate to rehome when he was little itty bitty - I call him a Ragamutt though, since he's just got such a laid back Ragamuffin-isque personality. The torbies names are Margaret and Margot, and my lover boy is named Marion Mayhem(lady thought he was a girl and named him Marie, got him home and noticed the stick and berries so we renamed him after John Wayne, Mayhem was added later as he'd remind us of the Nationwide commercials as he'd tear through the house playing with the kids). We also have a Sheltie named Garrett and a male Beta Fish named Finn, which is perpetually in danger of being murdered by the cats, especially when my sister brings her brats over to stay from time to time.
I joined hoping my experience can help others and others' experience can help me.
Thanks!
