it makes very weird noise when it breathes

I have no idea what to do i tried feeding her everything tuna yogurt meat and cheese and its not accepting anything, and now i have no idea what to do any help is appreciated....

What a sweet little guy. Is there no way to get him to a vet? Respiratory problems are best treated as soon as possible. It'd be worth getting him flea and worm treatment as well as vaccinations from a vet. Kittens are hard to buy OTC meds for, so would definitely recommend a vet trip.

I'm bad at ageing, but he looks quite young. I'd get ahold of KMR and some wet kitten food and try feeding those instead of anything else.

ETA: I say 'him' seeing as ginger cats are about 98% male and its habit by this point.

Unfortunately the nearest vet is a 16 hours drive away. However, we have stores here that sell meds mostly for poultry and dogs i took the kitten to the guy he said he has some cat meds but has no knowledge about which meds to give to the cat and basically doesn't want to take any responsibility for it, but i am sure he is willing to give me the meds i want .
I live in a pretty remote area (not in the US)

I couldn't find KMR but I just managed to get cat food of a friend (Whiskas) and still it shows absolutely zero interest in eating it.

I also looked up a KMR homemade alternative (consist of: dairy milk, egg yolk, mayonnaise and gelatin) still no luck.
She is actually a female

Is the kitten able to potty by itself? If not, you must help it by stimulating its stomach and genitals with a warm damp cloth. I am assuming it can if it was able to eat solids.

The main thing now is to force fluids and any food you can. Use the needleless syringe and do feedings every 1-2 hours for now. You must get nutrients in.

Thank you for rescuing this little one.

Can you get goats milk?  Buffalo milk or sheep milk may be OK too.   Goats milk is good, and if raw, its even excellent.

RE feeding.  A new tip is to use such a  little make-up sponge.  Or a almost any sponge, as long there is no danger they swallow the whole sponge.

So you drop that goats milk or kmr on the sponge, and it suckles.  It may be easiest so.

As said above. Make sure the kitten has eliminated.  at that age they should be able to eliminate themselves, but you never know.

Being not eliminated, may make them relucetant to eat.  Humans with tummy full, arent hungry them either....

Otherwise, you must forcefeed it if so is.  Wrap in a towel, tummy down, head up, and feed it dropwise in the corner of the mouth, syringe, dropper or a straw...

If the kitten is having breathing problems it will likely need an antibiotic such as clavamox or amoxicillin to get rid of infection. What country are you in?

The kitten looks underweight. You'll need to carefully syringe the homemade kitten glop mixture into the side of its mouth while it's on its tummy - never on its back. Just a drop or two at a time. Let him swallow, breathe, and go again. You do not want it to aspirate fluids into its lungs, but it will not survive without eating. You'll want to start by giving just 1-2 mLs by needleless syringe every hour.

With enough fluids, the kitten should at least be peeing. If the pee is dark, the kitten is dehydrated. You can make homemade pedialyte using water, a sprinkle of salt, and a but of honey. The pee should be light or clear.

How is he doing now? Thank you for trying to save him!
