What's wrong with my cat?

My mom (Yes, I'm a little young, but actually really mature. I know that everyone says that, but it's actually true in my case.) recently told me that our cat (Tula Pink, but I just call her Kenny.) has been laying on the couch ever since she got home at about 5:00 PM. She told me that at like 8:00 PM. It's 10:38 PM right now, and I have moved my cat since then.
Right now, Kenny is under my mom's bed (Who is snoring crazy loud. Not the cat. My mom.) and I cannot reach her. I got my hand on her paw for a few seconds but she moved it away. I do have some dogs, but I wasn't considering them a possibility until now. I was thinking that they maybe put her into some sort of shock? What if she had internal bleeding? My cat was being really lazy, and when I tried to get her attention she'd just blink (really slowly) at whatever was happening. No one in my family can reach the cat from where she is, and she isn't eating or drinking anything. I'm scared and I don't know what to do, since no vets are open at this hour.

Other information:
►I did look up "cat in shock symptoms" and one thing said to see if her paws were cold, but they felt normal to me. What are they normally supposed to feel like?
►My cat was born near Mother's Day of 2015.
►She hasn't moved out from under the bed yet, though I do think she changed positions from the last time I checked on her.
►My dogs are heartless and I don't get why anyone likes dogs.

Okay, I'm sorry for that last piece of "other information". I just am worried and if she's not better in the morning I'm going to go to the vet with my mom. I'm just scared that in the morning there won't be any reason to bring her to the vet because she died or something. Thanks if you can help me. Also, I'm sorry if this was a little bit all over the place. I'm still really sad/scared/angry.

It does sound to me like your cat is unwell and a visit to the vet could be a good call.  I don't think you need to jump straight to physical shock.  She could have an infection.  Is she spayed?  If not, pyometria would be my first guess.  I don't think you need to be overly worried or think that she is beyond help though.  You are reacting quickly and attentively.

Do you have a reason to believe she is not safe with your dogs?

Please keep us updated!

Everything is A-OK now. I guess I just freaked out over nothing. This morning she came and layed down (lie down?) next to me. Thanks for your help though. :)

I'm glad she seems ok!

I would still look out for signs of infection, just in case. Is she spayed?

And do you really think the dogs are likely to hurt her?
