They have me $50 worth of medicine for my cat. He spits it out, I ask for refund or just something for my money and they cite some state or federal law about no returns with medicine. BS scapegoat. How many times have you heard 'so and so said I can't do the right thing so sorry!'. Idc whether it's the business policy or govt you just don't take $50 from someone without some guarantee they'll get something from it. And there's nothing stopping them from compensating me somehow but their own lack of scruples

I'm sorry this happened.  I don't think you were ripped off.  It would have been nice for them to help you with additional medication, but I don't believe they are required.  They gave you what you paid for, and you were unfortunately not able to use it.

Is your cat with the eye issues the same cat who has cancer?

Would have been nice. And no, they're not required. In a decent world with people operating decently that's being ripped off in my book.

No, I had to say good bye to my beloved Cody. Thanks for asking. He's in my backyard now close by helping a struggling baby tree. Sheba is one of my others who just lost his eye just about. Gotta get past this bad weather. Thanks...

I'm sorry to hear that, and I understand why you feel angry right now.  Let us know what happens with Sheba's eye.

Cats are notoriously difficult to give medicine to. Have you seen this article? Might be something in here that helps you give Sheba his pills.

I am sorry this has happened to you with Sheba's medicine.  This is the last thing you need when you are worried about a cat that is not feeling well.  I am sorry for the loss of your Cody.  You are good to care so much for Sheba.  Let us know how she is coming along.  How old is she?

Well I just brought him in and they showed me how to do it so he takes it. Will take some practice but issue solved, for now, for me at least. But still they should have a better guarantee or resolution when someone -what if the Dr prescribed me 5 medications? And the way they can just load up your cart however much they want and you have no position to object, much at least, and when you do you either are made to look uncaring to your pet or just embarrassingly poor.... Uh, anyway. I am and was very thankful to them for helping me out. And being there face to face with them the tech on the phone was much more personable and hooked me up with an extra bottle of medicine. So...

I will check it out. Sheba's meds are liquid but I'll keep it on hand

Thanks. He's about 6 or 7 at most I'd guess. I adopted him a couple years ago. Sweet boy. I named him Sheba cuz he looks just like the food's model.
