I rescued a pregnant mom cat and she had her litter 2.5 weeks ago.  A few days ago they started all sneezing and their noses getting congested.  I immediately started the mom and the kittens on Clavamox.  The kittens getting .04cc's of a 100mg/cc concentration, once a day, and 2 days later they're looking so much better and happily nursing and acting normal, walking around investigating their kennel surroundings.  Tonight I noticed one of them with a big belly, but otherwise happy and acting normal.  I'll watch closely and once they are all 4 weeks, will treat them for worms/parasites.....as the mom had parasites also.

Re this with big belly, you could try with some Simeticone, the same as for human babies with air in the stomach, giving them colics.    2-3drops. Here its easier said than done, because the problem with bloated bellies is most common with handraised kittens. So you just blend in that simeticone in their kmr.

Yours gets from momma.   Give perhaps with a dropper?   The position is tricky, you dont want to risk the fluid gets into the lungs. so, tummy down, head up, may be a little raised diagonally.   In the corner of the mouth, squize slow and carefully, one or two drops a time, so the kittens manages to swallow properly before you give more.  It may take time.

The simeticone dosage is 2-3 drops, you will probably want to mix it out with something. Some water perhaps.

Pyrantel poaomate preparates against round womrms are prob OK to use very soon now. they are renown to be mild.  At least, the Banminth sold in Sweden, may be used for kittens of 2+ weeks.

It could be gas, worms, or just a fat, healthy kitten belly from eating. Will you be getting safe worm meds from a vet?
