My cat has just run into the glass doors

Dear all,

My cat Barry has just run into our glass doors and his nose is bleeding and swollen. I want to take him to the vets but my mum says that he is fine and wil get over it. When he sneezes he winces and he has just lied down on the sofa and hasnt got up since, ive tried getting him to follow my finger and he seems to do fine. I'm just worried that he has broken it. What do I do?

of Barry's nose?  It sounds very sore.  Someone else with nose 

injury experience will offer suggestions.

*Apply stickers to glass doors and screens so Pets know they are closed 

Evie, unfortunately, there is no way we can really diagnose just what all might be wrong with Barry since his run in with the glass door .  It's very possible he might even have a concussion, depending on how hard he hit it.  Can you try to convince your mother to at least CALL your Vet and discuss with them what's going on and maybe they can give you and your mother some guidance (and possibly convince her to bring him in )
