Pregnant cat

My cat Macy is pregnant we just noticed about two weeks ago. This is my second time with a pregnant cat. She is huge and her nipples have already lost all hair. She won't let me rub her tummy but she keeps wanting to be petted and she loves food. The day before yesterday she was laying in the bathroom wich is her favorite room and was panting like a dog her vagina has like a browninsh yellow tiny to it. She sometimes hicks her back up then relaxes after a second. Is labor soon? She is indoor outdoor cat but I'm trying to keep her inside. Taking a temp is a no no so I guess it's just a waiting game.

It sounds like she's due just about any day now. Also like she may have been experiencing pre-labor. Real labor should come soon.

Does she have a nest set up with her food, water, and litter nearby?

Can you keep mom totally inside while she is nursing? She needs to deliver inside so you can monitor the situation. She can also get pregnant again within a week of delivery, or bring back illness or parasites to her nest.
