Dear cat lovers, I recently discovered that I carry an STI with my blood ( Syphilis), but before that I used to play with my 2 cats at home and their small kittens, I have a lot of their bites in my hands, could they possibly caught the infection from me?

I don't think it can be passed either. You should also be able to treat the sti for you and then I believe you are no longer a carrier. See what your doctor says.
Rather than asking YOUR doctor, I would think a VET would know the answer better, but I really don't think this is something that can be transmitted to furbabies, from everything I've read.
