Hey Everyone!

How do you like your eggs?

I like sunny side up, scrambled (especially with cheese mixed and melted in) and deviled.

Eggs all ways are good!

We particularly like soft boiled with "soldiers" (toast sticks).  Runny yolk, nom, nom, nom.

i have no preference, I like eggs cooked all ways.

though sometimes I get on a kick on a certain way. lately I like my eggs in an egg salad.

few weeks ago it was sunny side with toast.

I don't really care for them much, an occasional omelet is about it.  The omelet has to be cooked all the way through, probably what chefs would call overcooked.

My mom used to make egg pancakes when I was a kid. basically scrambled eggs left to cook as a pancake shape, cooked all the way through, flipped and browned on both sides. the only difference is that the fillings were more like toppings. Cheese, salsa, etc.

The chicken can keep them.
@Kat0121  : Guessing that comment means you're still doing the vegan thing.

I'm vegetarian, with vegan leanings, so I don't eat a lot of eggs, but sometimes will have an egg salad sandwich or an omelet.  Fried and scrambled are ok too.  But I don't like any method that leaves the yolk runny.

Yup. I was never a big fan of them anyway. DD has never liked them at all.

i absolutely love eggs!

most mornings i'll have two hard boiled eggs as part of my breakfast. i love egg salad as well as deviled eggs. a fried egg sandwich with or without cheese is another way i love them. scrambled, omelets, poached, pickled......i love them all.

eggs are also an excellent source of protein that is pretty low cost.

Good for you.  Going vegetarian was easy for me.  Vegan takes a lot more commitment and planning.

One of my favorite egg dishes is to make a frittata.  Especially in summer when all kinds of veggies are fresh out of the ground. Add in a little grated Parmigiano Reggiano. cheese, season with whatever seems right, fast and filling.  Really good as a sandwich filling too.

I love omelettes with cheese, and when I am sick, a poached egg on toast, runny center, just hits the spot....

I make something similar but use banana. 1 banana, 2 eggs. My kids love it.

I like over easy eggs but don't eat them often. I eat hard boiled eggs often, especially on a salad.

Sunny side up!  I like them in egg sandwiches for breakfast; so the yolk needs to be firm. But I do like them a little runny; as long as the egg white is fully cooked.  I got them at a restaurant once where the whites were still clear on top.  I think that is the only time I've ever sent food back at a restaurant.  I was pregnant; so the gross factor seemed kinda doubled.

I do like them scrambled too.  Sometimes with cheese, hot sauce, salsa and/or ketchup.  It depends on my mood.  Diced ham is good too.

I love eggs cooked any kind of way except with runny yolks. Eggs make chicken salad, tuna salad, potato salad all so much better.
