How soon can I spay "Sheba"? I still have her 4 kittens, almost 2 months old, and they still nurse from her although they drink water and eat some solid food. She's just itching to go outside and I won't let her for fear of getting pregnant again. Also, since I rescued her from an abandoned home and she was already pregnant, I'd loke to get her shots, etc. Any suggestions?

Normally I would say wait until the kittens are 10 to 12 weeks, but in your situation I would go ahead and get her done now. Moms can still produce milk after being spayed if she is actively nursing, but you will want to keep the kittens from her until she is feeling better after the surgery. While mom is getting spayed I would make the kittens a gruel with dry kitten food mixed with KMR milk replacer until it's soft. I am sure mom is about ready for a break from the kittens

Thank you for that information - I'm going to buy some KMR milk at my vet's. Yes, Sheba needs a break from the kittens.
