Yesterday, I finally got to talk to my landlord about the electric bill situation and about how it is getting out of hand. She talked to the neighbour and she said this in an email last night after talking to my neigbour:

Please excuse her english, she is deaf and ASL is her first language.

Already talked good with J*** (neighbour) about electric bills.. She says to tell u she's sorry as she didn't think of it and wants to pay the rest this month and from now on u only pay $50 monthly next month - hope u feel fair and she agreed with me to treat everyone fair... Also I already told her my concerns for so many people in her apt as it's actually purpose for 2-3 people... She agreed with me for my big responsible for safely reasons... Will tell J & J (her son and his gf) to move out and let them learn a hard way as well as they can apply HUD rent house or else since they NEVER pay J*** anything to help out I won't allow them to stay any longer... That's enough of freeloaders from them... I told J*** sorry to say this, the more I know them, I don't like them.... Hope this helps you feel better & agreee with me for what I did my best...
