Hi everyone I'm new to this but looking for advice on how to get this cat to come inside or trust me. Not sure if it's a stray or ferel but it approaches me daily coming for food and water. I'm not sure what more to do. It might have bugs and looks like it has things hanging on its behind. Black and white tuxedo looking cat.

You can get a live trap and place his food in it. He will walk in and trip the trap and then you'll be able to bring him inside or take him directly to the vet. When you bring him in, place him in one room until he gets comfortable with you. It may take a few attempts to get him in the trap. Many feed stores and places like that rent traps.

I wouldn't worry about bugs at this point. It's very likely that he does have fleas but you can treat for that if and when you get him inside.
Does he let you pet him? Are you interested in adopting him or were you just thinking of taking him to the vet to be checked up for whatever is hanging on his behind?
