My cat has feline acne. It's been sort of under control for a while but every time I see a different vet they tell me something different for treatment. I've been wiping her chin and lips, which is where she has it, with baby wipes per suggestion of one vet. Yesterday another said to use benzoly peroxide get but I see it says to be very careful they don't swallow it. If I put it on her lips that isn't possible.

I use stainless bowls and wipe her mouth twice a day with the baby wipes. Is there something else I should do? Once in a while she'll get an bump under her chin which I guess is a pimple although it looks black. I thought it was a tick last time but the vet just scraped it off with her finger nail and put something, probably peroxide, on it. A waste of time a money.

Any suggestions? My cat is all white so it's easy to see when it's bad

Stainless steal bowls are perfect, wondering if the cat food coloring has something to do with it?

I just use Bentonite clay make a poultice place it on the skin

rash or where ever is needed wait a few minutes let dry then rinse off it cleans heals naturally non toxic very safe. Diatomaceous earth for internal cleanse to be rid of any parasites helps detox body as well. Both can be purchased at health food store in bulk section very inexpensive always handy Food Grade only.  Have used Bentonite on lip swellings, blisters cleans deep.

Your thumbnail photo looks just like my cat.  All white.  I wonder if white cats are more prone to problems.  She seems to have more issues than any other cat I've had.

For me just *see* more,  she's indoor wouldn't want her in the sun for long periods if outdoors though.

Would love to see some pictures, there's even special white cat section if you look under gallery

Be sure you're washing the dish(es) after every serving.  This is the best thing I can do to control feline acne with my gang.  Also, sometimes stress triggers it, so running a Feliway diffuser helps.  Lastly, I use Hibiclens (found at the drug store) to wash the chin if it's really getting bad.  Just a bit on a wash cloth is all you need then use another warm wet wash cloth to wipe it off.

My vet recommended Mal-A-Ket wipes, which I order from Entirely Pets.  They work very well. I also switched to stainless steel bowls.

Pixie looks like a little Disney princess!  I love white cats, what a little beauty.
