Hi, I'm fairly certain my cat is pregnant. She's gained a little weight, she wants food all the time, she got more affectionate, and her kitty-feeders are starting to enlarge. She's an outside cat, so there's a high chance that she is pregnant. I've seen her repeatedly with a gray tabby (don't know male or female) and I've also seen an orange tabby hanging around (not with her though.) We also found blood stains on the porch, and all the cats get along fine, no fighting whatsoever. I've seen 'em just chillaxing next to each other.

If she's un-spayed and allowed outdoor access, then yes she is probably pregnant. The enlarged nipples are a strong indicator as well.

She is un-spayed, and never comes inside. Thank you so much! Any idea what her babies might look like?

Can you bring her inside for the rest of her pregnancy and delivery? Kittens should not be allowed outside. They are too vulnerable. You also need to be able to monitor food intake and weight gain, and to step in if anything goes wrong.

Mom should also be spayed when the kittens are 8 weeks old.

I can't bring her inside, as I live with my parents and my dad hates having animals indoors. She spends most of her time on our back porch, so it's easy to watch her, to make sure she's okay. As for the spaying, I'm absolutely certain that after this batch, my dad will spay her. He really doesn't like the thought of having "A cat farm" or turning into "crazy cat people".

The issue is that she can get pregnant again within a week of delivery, so you would really need to keep her on the back porch to prevent her mating again.

What does the mother cat look like? Also, the gray tabby and orange tabby you've seen around, do they have any white on them? Also, are the cats longhair or shorthair?

If you can't bring her inside, could you possibly keep her in a XXXL dog crate with a litter box, food/water, and nesting area when she is near her due date?

I've heard so many horror stories of kitties left outside, and she could disappear for several weeks if she has her kittens in shrubs somewhere which is likely.
