The bloody discharge does not concern us.....if she has a black discharge.....please call for an appointment or Klingele Veterinary Clinic for after hours care~
They never seem to be concerned until things get too late. Sigh. Okay, tummy feeling tighter. Watch her tummy and tell me if you're seeing the contractions. It'll seem like her body is almost pushing the kittens down and out by itself. Also, it's okay that she's laboring on her back. It's not uncommon and she may like gentle belly rubs.
I am going to try my hardest. I hate that this is alarming. She is cleansing herself and just up and down. I'm really praying she pushes babies out soon.
Thank you. I will keep doing what I can to comfort her. And unfortunately I agree... Or I'll get the line "we cannot give you any advice without an examination"
Which I do agree of course it's only right to be seen for proper advice but don't be all about the money don't sway me one way or the other but I suppose not needing to see her over the picture is better than them saying she needs to be in for an exam. And for the record if they had recommended so I would have already left with her and been on our way.
Bright red blood indicates possible miscarriage to me. It may mean that a placenta has separated from one of her uterine horns prematurely, therefore, there may be a kitten who will be stillborn.
