my cat loves to cuddle

My cat follows me and meows to see if I am ready to go to bed. When I get in the bed she sleeps on her blanket for few minutes waiting for me to get comfortable and lay on my side, then she Curls up in the opening and cues me to rub her head and stomach and then goes to sleep.
Does your cat do this

I typically lay on the couch for a bit with my girls before going to bed. We have a little routine there.  DH is allergic to cats; so they don't get to come into our bedroom to sleep.

A good friend of mine rented a room from a woman who had 2 cats when she was in college.  One of the woman's cats would sit at the bottom of the stairs (which looked into the living room) and meow when it was bedtime.  Whenever the woman would go out of town; the cat would meow at my friend at the same time and then she would go sleep with her.     I remember being on the phone with my friend once and the cat started meowing and my friend just automatically said 'Alright, alright...I'm going to bed."
