Does this look like an umbilical hernia?

I just got my 6 month old cat spayed and I notice a bump really close to her belly button/scar, since they shaved her fur. I got the spay at a shelter who I imagine only handles spays and neuters so that might explain why they didn't point it out.

Should I worry about this?

(The bump is between the second set of nipples)

Does the incision extend up to the lump? If so, I would assume it's just swelling from the surgery.

No, the top of the incision is about 3 cm below the bump.

I would guess it's from the surgery. See if it goes down. You can show your vet a photo if you're concerned.
