Now his eating from his dish... his doing well.. well I am trying to upload a pic of him.. my profile pic is him.. I didn't take any resent pictures of him.. he was up whole nigh asking for food cos I could see he was really hungy. Only was giving him 2 tsp 1 at a time ever few hours... 2 to 3 hours.. so he is sleeping now... he is getting better for sure.. I'm thinking now just to leave it this way no other food for few days... maybe 2 or 3 days.. then I want to know if I can give him goat milk... just so he can pic up some weight..

Ok, you need to start feeding him larger amounts of food now.  I don't think you need to keep it to a teaspoon.  He should not be having to tell you that he is hungry.  How much and how often are you feeding him now?

1 or 2 hours.. and if he wants more like he eats 1 n half or 2 tsp at a time.. but don't want to over feed him isn't he should eat 40 to 45 g per day?
Or please tell me if I can increase a little

Ish u guy are a big help.. I really appreciate all the replys.. even my vet is happy with his progress and said u I'm doing all the right things.. b4 she gave him vaccine she checked his temperature etc.. everything was fine besides his weight... I did tell her I'm not bringing him for the next vaccination until he picks up some weight but she said that due after 2 week still time he will recover by then.. and the vaccine must not be delayed its important...
His previous owner said that he is a tiny kitten and not a very heavyweight.. so he won't be much heavy..
So please suggest what's a healthy weight for 12 weeks so I know what to do next

It is wise to give small amounts for convalescents and the weak, not to overstrech the system nor the luck.  but by exactly the same rule of thumb, you must give it more often.  It may be a balance when they are unwell.  Now he is on the right way, so you must increase.   Slow and stepwise but increase.  So, make it sooner every 1-2 hours, and also, if he wants it without  going sick, increase the portions some.  Stepwise but up.

Yes, goats milk, esp raw goats milk, is among the mildest you can get.  Raw fresh goat milk is often used as remedicum for cat animals when they cant manage anything else.

Its raw, fresh from goat you do have?   Yes, I think you can start now.

If it  processed in bottle or cardboard box, its OK to use (esp if full fat), but really not better than any decent  kmr.

Its the raw / fresh or frozen goat milk  which is the improvement.

You now need to feed your kitten as much food as he wants at one sitting. He needs to gain weight and not be hungry. No more rationing! He should not beg for food all night. He needs a big meal and then go to sleep.

I would strongly advise against another vaccination. Your kitten may get sick again. He had a very bad reaction to the first one. I cannot imagine why your vet would insist, except it is protocol that she learned in school. But when a kitten becomes as ill as yours did, the protocol needs to be changed.

He should weigh around 3 pounds at his age. He is quite underweight. I think he needs food down for him at all times so he can eat when he wants. Then you can feed goat milk in addition.
