Yeah when he grows so he don't go out...
Please reconsider this plan.  It is incredibly difficult and unpleasant to have a breeding pair.  The male will spray and the female will go into heat.  Your male and your female will be at risk for reproductive cancer and infection.  They also must be kept separate all of the time except for when they are breeding for the health of the female.

Breeding should only be done responsibly by those who can afford and access excellent vet care, and only to further cat breeds by usin parents with excellent genetics.  Your kitten is not in excellent health.  Kittens are also very expensive, both in terms of supplies you need and veterinary care you will need to provide.

I think getting your cat a friend is a great idea, but only if both are spayed and neutered.  It is for their health and happiness, and yours.

In addition, your cat has no inclination towards being a father.  If you cannot neuter him, he should be an only cat and stay inside 100% of the time.

Then you definitely do not want kittens!  They are sooooo expensive.

Yes, get him a friend only when you can really afford the care for both, and when you want another cat for you.  You obviously have your hands full here.  Neutering should be the next priority for Snowball once he is totally well.

In total agreement with talkingpeanut talkingpeanut . She knows what she's talking about.

Also, if and when you do get another kitten, make sure you read how to introduce them. You can't just put them together and expect them to be happy about it. They will, most likely, fight alot. It takes some time for them to accept each other and there are right ways to do it and wrong ways. Read about kitten/cat introductions on this site. You'll find out all the bad things that can happen when done wrong.

Stay with us and you'll become an excellent kitty momma! Keep up the good work!

None of us know much about anything until we start researching and live through things, which gives us experience. Keep learning and someday you will be able to give advice and help someone out that finds themselves in the position that you are in. You're doing a good job so far. You care enough to seek help and that is the first step in becoming awesome! The second step is following good advice. So now your even closer to becoming awesome! Your kitty is on his way to a healthier life thanks to you seeking help. So your awesomeness is starting to shine. Hang in there. Keep us posted on your little guy. So many are praying for him.
