Goodness! He is underweight! Are his issues resolved now - the diarrhea and internal bleeding?

He should not be vaccinated further until he gets to normal weight. You can ask your vet for high-calorie Nutrical paste or high calorie A/D wet food. And possibly an appetite stimulant, though I suspect he's felt poorly from his vaccines.

What have you been feeding him? He really needs to eat and gain weight!

Since I had him he was under weight..his mother abandoned him.. so I took him.. then he had a bad diarrhea after 1 week (yellow).. maybe I gave him cow milk that might caused or maybe at first I just bought lots of different kind kitten food for him..I tot he will die.. then he was fine the whole week.. the second weekend he started pooping blood.. I was scared this time his eyes wer dull too.. I again tot he will die.. I couldn't take him to vet due to finance.. gave him pumpkin pulp.. he didn't like but I had to feed him till Monday b4 the vet open he must survive..so I forse feed him.. he was okay by Monday but very weak.. took him to vet they gave injections..pill n prebiotic.. he was 7 weeks by then n only weighed 300g.. vet suggested royal canin tin n chken with rice.. he was fine for that week even the weekend.. I called the clinic to ask if I can start with other food.. they said I can slowly give him any kitten can food..
I did the same bought a purina can food but it had grain (barley) I gave that he didn't like it first.. then he ate.. After giving him that again loose stool n this time he was vomiting.. I took him to the vet they gave him deworm n vaccine he sleeps a lot after that.. he turned 9 weeks on Friday thats when he got his first shot... and he had fever yesterday n didn't eat much.. I tried to forse feed he ate about 10 ml..after that he was playing for a while... now I spent so much on him.. he is my baby.. I would do anything to make him right.. but just that the finance..but just that after the shots its 5 days n he is not as active.. this morning he vomited water.. I don't know not what do do to help him gain weight.. cos the vet says he has a sensitive tummy so I must only feed him royal canin.. now his not liking it so much
N vomited n pooped water same time this morning.
I gave him goat milk had little bit n he is drinking water as well..

Maybe, if he likes the goat milk, you could mix a little bit with his food to see if that will get him to eat it. At least until he gets his appetite back. This breaks my heart to think of the little guy sick. I wish I could do more to help. Call your local humane society and ask if there are groups in your area that will help with vet expenses.

Also, one of my cats became very sick for 2 days after her last distemper shot. Our vet clinic started dealing with a new company for their vaccines and have had lots of complaints since then. They are going to switch back to the original company. So, maybe your vet should use a different company for your little guy in the future.

I cannot believe that your vet gave him a vaccine when he was underweight and sick! Vaccines should never be given to underweight or ill or pregnant cats. Do not allow this again.

You need to give your kitten clear pedialyte, several mL's every 1-2 hours. If you have none, add a sprinkle of salt and sugar to water and use that. He is surely dehydrated, and needs fluids!

I recommend you see a different vet. Your kitten needs medication for his nausea. He may need antibiotics.

I'm sorry that he is so sick. [emoji]128533[/emoji]

I think he needs to stay hydrated. Kittens can get sick from not eating. I would offer small portions of food.

I really think he's going to need to eat more to get better. Can you syringe feed some AD mixed with kmr?

A high calorie food. Your vet can give it to you. He needs calories desperately or he won't be strong enough to recover.
