So glad to hear that Misha can come home (and that you get the bed to yourself tonight!).
I wish I knew how to post the link but if you look in the "articles" section of TCS, there is a great article with tips to help Misha take in more fluids. Many have worked with my kitty.
Again, so glad Misha is well enough to come home!

Glad Misha is home[emoji]128571[/emoji]
Glad he is going in for a follow up on Tuesday....I hope he continues to improve!! Keep an eye on him between now and then and if you are concerned about anything, don't hesitate to give your vet a call.

Oh that is such great news!!! I'm so glad to hear this....your good care and awareness that something was not right with Misha when this all first started paid off!

Excellent check up news! I think you already do this but if not, feeding Misha a canned diet is an excellent way to get the needed fluid in him. Callie will benefit from a canned diet as well.
I put bowls of water in pretty much every room of my apartment. Cats won't necessary seek out water to drink but if it's available wherever they are, they will drink.
This is a great TCS article about how to increase your cat's water intake:

So glad Misha is doing well!

Please don't give him cow milk. Cats can't digest cow milk and we don't want a tummy upset on top of everything else!

Goat milk could be ok.

Hi ,i normally give them Bob Martins cat milk ,Misha sleeps on a cat bed on the chair in my bedroom or on my bed ,last night he was on the chair and Callie crept into my bedroom ,Misha was quite happy for her to sleep on my bed .

Later on after breakfast Misha sprayed against the couch in the living room

You may want to check out this article -

Has the vet mentioned FIC at all? I would ask her about it. It's possible to tell from the urinalysis results if it could be it. If it is (and it's a fairly common condition), you'll have to work on stress elimination as well.

Hi ,she did mention Cystitis ,he is passing water easier ,he must be feeling better he was on the sheds roofs earlier in the week ,went to get my camera and Callie had joined him ,there are a pair of jackdaws nesting in the roof and the cats were attracted by the baby birds cheeping .

Hi ,noticed Misha was going to the litter box and not passing water ,also during the early morning he vomited up a hairball ,so i took him back to the vet ,she gave him another pain killer shot and prescribed some different tablets she said he might have to take them all the time .

Poor Misha! I can't remember....did the vet do a urinalysis to rule out crystals?

I'm so glad you are watchful of Misha's litter box habits and good for you for getting him back to the vet ASAP! It can be so dangerous if they go too long unable to pee. My kitty had a problem with crystals a year and a half ago and though she has done well since, I am so vigilant about her potty habits....it was horrible seeing her miserable and in pain!
