Her vaginal area seems to be a bit wet, I can't really tell very well because she won't sit still and I don't want to stress her out. Will update if anything happens :)

my cats stomach is the exact same! all you can do is wait now [emoji]128557[/emoji] I'm going mad waiting too. but my cats nipples have got dry milk around them (but it looks like dry skin). also, she's been licking herself a lot more. the most reliable indicator for her labour will be a liquid discharge from her vulva which you will probably miss because she will lick it up straight away xxx

Well if it isn't contractions then at least I know the kittens are alright moving around in there.

Hopefully I'll know soon though.

Update for 10pm and a question

She looks a little wet in the lady parts, same as last night. It's so subtle that I think it may just be leftover urine. I'll check every so often.
I tried taking temp again, (yes I know it probably means nothing) but before adding the three degrees she was at 98.4F and her brother Charlie who I'm checking in comparison was at 99.9F. Perhaps this means something, maybe not. I'm just dying waiting though! I don't know how anyone can have patience!

For fun I figured I'd share the due dates with you guys!
If she mated on the 3rd of March she'd be 67 days along
For the 4th- 66 days
5th- 65 days
6th- 64 days
7th- 63 days
8th- 62 days
9th- 61 days
10th- 60 days

I've assumed she got pregnant on the 4th-7th, so she really could pop at any time! With my luck she got pregnant on the last day and will carry past the average and I'll be waiting another week! I sure hope not, she's showing so many signs but I think she's just trying to toy with my emotions [emoji]128521[/emoji]

I do have a question, what would it feel like if she has a kitten moving into the birth canal? I can feel her hip bone very easily, and she has a large kitten lump (feels like the outline of a body to me) along her hip, she also is very hard around her very lower abdomen, on either side of her inner thigh/stomach area with a bit of a dip in the center. Could these be kittens moving into birth positions or would it be indicative of several days at least?

This is bad :(

Mama is terrified of thunder and lightening storms, and one is going on currently. She's meowing and running around with her poor little tail between her legs. This stress is the worst thing!

One of my cats used to be terrified of loud storms I used to lay in bed and turn on the tv to block out the sound.  Perhaps using the radio or tv to help block out the noise from the thunder would help.  I am sorry to hear your baby is so scared. The only other thing I can think of in addition to trying to block out the noise from the thunder would be to hang out with her in an interior room with no windows so she can not see the lightening.

catlover73 catlover73 thanks for the advice, she calmed down when I went into the bathroom with her and played some music. The storm has passed luckily.

WE HAVE MILK!! I think! And diarrhea.

I was massaging her lower tummy, and around her nipples, and I got curious and lightly tugged on one for a few seconds similar to how I would milk a cow, and a tiny drop of clear liquid came out! Is clear normal for the first milk, does it just seem clear because I tiny bit came out or is something off here? I can hear bubbles/gas very loudly right now too!
I came back into the bedroom and it was very very stinky, I looked around the litter box and she had a very large diarrhea. No blood in it or anything, and it wasn't pure liquid, but it was loose enough to form a puddle. Is that normal before birth? Is she clearing out her system?

Here is a picture, very hard to see here, very easy to see in person. You can see a tiny shimmer on it from the light. It's for sure milk! I checked another nipple. It's just started tonight, I've checked her like this every day for the past few days. How long will it be now? A few hours? A day? Two? Hurry up mama you're killing me!

Is this discharge a normal color to you? I have a common form of color blindness and i can't quite make out if this is clear/white or yellowish.
She does have a bit of dried blood on her vulva.
She's also very gassy. Very very gassy

I'm blowing up this thread! Contractions/stage 1 of labor perhaps??

Here's a video I just took. I uploaded it to vimeo before they started getting more obvious but she is having movement that moves from her tum to back and all over. You'll want to full screen it

Her milk is coming in. It's usually anywhere from 2 days to a week to kittens once milk comes in. No need to squeeze anymore. Colostrum comes first, followed by milk.

She may be cleaning her system for birthing, or it could have been her nerves from the storm.

I can't really tell if that's contractions or kitten movement, but either way, she's definitely getting closer! Try to be patient! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

She has taken another very smelly diarrhea, and is still gassy. Again, not complete liquid, I was able to scoop it.

I've read that cats can clear their systems out by pooing a ton before labor/delivery. Is that what this is or is it something for concern?

I would not be concerned. It sounds like pre-labor diarrhea to me. Make sure she has water nearby.

Thanks, I will. I've been having to change her water every 30 minutes because she keeps knocking the bowl over!

I really hope she has them today for two reasons. I'm so done with waiting and I'm super excited now. The other reason is that it's my brother's 19th birthday/mothers day and it would be cool to have them be born on a special day!
