Just wondering what flavours of wet cat food do you give mostly to your cat?
I have been giving mainly Chickhen and turkey. And some salmon, tuna and sardine, beef and lamb.
What should the main ones be? What should be maybe once a week treats?
Do you have a regular list like Chickhen for breakfast etc etc? Or do you mix it up
My cat mainly has Chickhen or turkey at least every day, is that too boring?
When he poos he's normal and the last bit sometimes can be sloppy but not a lot and sometimes I have to wipe his butt. He doesn't have diarrhoea or anything as it comes out normal, vet said it was to do with change in diet. But I have noticed it happens a few times a week but not every day. I am sticking to the same brands and so on so dunno if it's the Poouches or tins that's doing it. Please help.
I am writing a journal of his food intact and so on but can't seem to see any patterns.

We feed mostly chicken, turkey, and beef (Fancy Feast / Sheba)... and duck and rabbit when the more expensive brands go on sale.

We still have some Fancy Feast gravy and seafood flavors left over from before I learned that we shouldn't be feeding those varieties, so those are also in the mix (once or twice a week at most).

There are only so many different proteins available in canned food, but I don't give the same flavor two meals in a row.  Coco and Callie have yet to complain.

We feed mostly chicken, turkey, and beef. There are a few fish flavors in there as well. I try not to feed the same flavor twice in the same day.

Turkey, chicken, duck, lamb are the usual. A treat would be something with tuna in it or salmon. I tend to stay away from the fish unless I don't notice it as an ingredient.  I switch up brands in the flavors and the crew each get a plate with 3 different varieties of food on the plate sometimes with a treat like freeze dried chicken or a crunchy treat. I realized that they eat more of the food if I have a variety of canned foods at one meal.

They split 1 large can and two 3 oz cans twice a day and then one large can and one small can for before bed.  I spend more on their food then our own.

Seafood should be limited to treats / once in awhile meals.

Stick with meat as the main diet. Canned cat foods are available in a variety of meats these days: chicken, turkey, beef, rabbit, venison, pork, etc. Here's a thread with suggestions on novel protein meats: http://www.thecatsite.com/t/306947/your-favorite-brands-of-novel-protein-canned-cat-food

It's ok to give different meats daily. Some cats like to have variety every day. Other cats may be more pickier.

Fish is not my gals favorite meal.  I made a rookie mistake when I purchased a case wet food whitefish in a can.  She eats it only if she is VERY hungry and after the purchased I read that a fish menu shouldn't be provided every day.  Your mileage may vary.

Actually, I don't fret over fish for cat food because while fish may be the lead ingredient (or get top billing) in a wet food flavor, often there are multiple other meats/protein in the formula.  That said, my gal's wet meals typically consist of chicken and turkey flavors.

I feed no seafood, I feed chicken, duck, quail, turkey, liver and rabbit. I feed pate, shreds, chunks, grain free no carageenan. I feed kibble only as treats

I haven't seen a lot of ones around here, that have rabbit, I have one that is Chickhen and duck but it's a complimentary meal, not a complete meal.
Would be nice to have more choice here.

Need some advice on these foods, I have been feeding my cat mainly these ones, but I wanting some advice of which ones I should give more of if any and which ones less of?
I want to get and try wellness and holistic brand, but haven't yet, as to get them I have to travel 40 mins. These are my local choices in the supermarket. Two of these brands ones in tins I only started and has only had one of each of them but had mainly the other ones. I need some help. Which ones would be your staple ones or the better healthy choice all round. I know fancy feast aren't great but I thought these ones where better ones. Any advice would be great.
I want honest opinions please, as am needing help. Am open to making changes with his diet, nothing is set in concrete, just trail and error at the moment

For the most part your choices look decent. As for the 'Fancy Feast' brand, in the USA there are FF varieties wherein the lead ingredient is muscle/flesh meat such as Salmon and Turkey, rather than Meat By-Products. That alone wouldn't stop me from buying FF, since By-Products can include organs such as lung and spleen, which carnivores consume in the wild.  My own rule of thumb is to limit corn and wheat as much as possible and go with a flavor wherein three of the first four ingredients (besides water) are muscle meat and organs.  I have noticed that there are some Purina Friskies flavors that appear to be very similar to Fancy Feast in their composition.  Be warned, however, that for SOME cat owners, filling your pet's bowl with Friskies is outright blasphemy.  LOL.
