Can you weigh in?

I think that this cat badly needs to be trapped and taken to a vet. How old are the kittens? They likely need treatment as well. Thank you for caring!

It does not look fungal to me, it looks more like mange, and is easy to treat, kittens will get it or have it already too.

Mange is mites. ALL animals have these mites, and their immune systems keep them to a limited number, but when a cat is living homeless and doesn't get decent nutrition, it has a weaker immune system, allowing the mites to get out of control, causing mange.

It is treated with either an ivermectin injection by a vet, or topical flea med revolution, but both need to be repeated every 2 weeks for 3 times to get rid of completely.

If you are unable to touch her, this is a problem, unless she is caught and caged during this time. A total of 4 weeks for treating, then can be released.

She should be caught and spayed anyway or she will keep having babies and not get a stronger immune system.
