Haha I was just gonna post about it. Its on again at midnight if you miss it at 8pm. I'm going to be watching it. Sounds like it will be interesting.

i'm watching it right now, they're talking about the history of the cat and its ancestors (raccoons, dogs and bears??!!)

Caught it the first time and actually we're watching it again now.

I really enjoyed it. Some of the stories were cute and touching. Some made me cry.
The one about the mother kitty who saved her kittens from the burning building had me bawling!!!
I think I may have seen that special a few years ago. Parts of it seemed familiar.

It was about the history of cats, how they were domesticated, their special senses and habits. There were some good stories about cats finding their way home over long distances, and a really good one someone else mentioned about a mama cat rescuing her kittens from a burning building. The mom cat was severely burned, but survived, and all but one of the five kittens was saved. They were all adopted into good homes with firefighters. All in all a very good show.
They also showed the Hemingway cats, a lot of them are polys
I loved watching the kittens play, I wanted to grab them all and kiss and cuddle them!
That story of the cat rescuing her kittens was so touching. I liked the fact that the fireman still kept seeing her. She was so affectionate towards him. Made my heart melt.
I hated the way those judges handled the cats at the cat show - I wanted to slap them!

Yup these were all my fav parts to , I thought the way the cats at the show were handeled was a little rough to , I saw something like that once before and not in a cat it was in my new born baby , the exam they give them the day after birth the dr handeled her like she was a sack of potatoes , I think it comes from experience but still is a little dishearting , when I went in to have my middle daughter I requested a different doctor.Originally posted by Kiwideus

Saw it! Wanna know something cool? Toes has stayed at the Holiday Pet Hotel several times. They LOVE him there and he likes it too!
