Hi ,had Callie nearly 2 weeks things are going ok ,they can be in the same room and they can eat together in the kitchen .

Sometimes Callie hides behind the door and ambushes Misha when he comes in the living room .

Callie is due to have a vaccination shot next week ,then i will start taking her out in the back yard with the harness on.

Hi ,yes he is passing water ok ,but haven't seen him having a poop for a few days ,unless he is doing it outside ,i have put him in my bedroom with a litter tray he can't get out so i will soon find out if there is something wrong or he just doesn't use the litter tray for solids .

So glad to hear he is doing well! If you are feeding him more canned food, he will likely not poo as often as he did when he was eating a lot of dry. Dry food has so much added to it that is undigestsble/unused by a cat's body so it is passed out. Or he could be going outside [emoji]128522[/emoji] Good for you to try to assess what is going on though!
If you are concerned that he (or even Callie) could be constipated, you can add a teaspoon of puréed pumpkin to their food. It must be 100% pumpkin (no spices at all!)-check in the canned veggie asile at the grocery. My cat loves having pumpkin added to her good....it's a great treat for her!

Hi ,i posted something in another thread about taking Misha to the vet this morning .I didn't know that about dry food ,i don't think it will harm him if i give him a little bit of dry.Pumpkins are not really big over here ,don't think i have ever seen tinned pumpkin and i think the only time fresh ones are in the shops are at Halloween .

It won't harm him at all to give him a bit of dry. I give my cat (who has a history with urinary crystals) a little of dry while I'm at work and at night. Extra water added to Misha's canned food will help constipation. If you search TCS, you will find other threads about constipation and other things you can do. I've only had expirence with the pumpkin.
